   脫水篩(脫水振動(dòng)篩)是煤泥脫水作業(yè)的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備，廣泛適用于煤泥回收，壓濾隔粗、過(guò)濾隔粗，其他極細(xì)物料的脫水、回收等工藝條件。脫水篩(脫水振動(dòng)篩)采用了雙電機(jī)自同步技術(shù)，通用型偏心塊、可調(diào)振幅振動(dòng)器。主要由篩箱、激振器、支承系統(tǒng)及電機(jī)組成。通過(guò)膠帶聯(lián)軸分別驅(qū)動(dòng)兩個(gè)互不聯(lián)系的振動(dòng)器作同步反向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，兩組偏心質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生的離心力沿振動(dòng)方向的分力疊加，反向離心抵消，從而形成單一的沿振動(dòng)方向的激振動(dòng)，使篩箱做往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。

　 1、篩機(jī)分單層和雙層，并有單電機(jī)齒輪拖運(yùn)和雙電機(jī)自同步拖運(yùn)之分。單電機(jī)拖運(yùn)有左裝和右裝之分。
　 2、篩網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)有條縫篩網(wǎng)，沖孔篩板，如選用編織篩網(wǎng)和橡膠篩板可按要求設(shè)計(jì)。當(dāng)選用及訂貨時(shí),應(yīng)對(duì)篩子的布置方式,篩縫尺寸作出決定,未作確定時(shí),按右式布置灑縫0.5毫米供貨(電機(jī)位于料流方向的左側(cè)或右側(cè)).
　 3、篩面傾角可在-2～10°內(nèi)調(diào)整.選用其它角度,用戶可自調(diào)整.
　 4、基礎(chǔ)螺栓除ZSM185振動(dòng)篩螺栓有M20和M16兩種規(guī)格外，其余所有篩機(jī)基礎(chǔ)螺栓均為M20，皆由用戶自備。
