GT系列滾筒篩產(chǎn)品概述

    GT-系列滾筒篩是我公司為電廠、焦化廠、建材、冶金、化工、礦山等行業(yè)而研制的專用篩分設(shè)備，它克服了圓振動(dòng)篩和直線篩在篩分較濕物料時(shí)出現(xiàn)的篩網(wǎng)堵塞問(wèn)題，提高了篩分系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)量和可靠性，受到廣大用戶的一致好評(píng)。

    滾筒篩是由六角形滾筒、機(jī)架、漏斗、減速器、電動(dòng)機(jī)五個(gè)部分成。破碎的石料進(jìn)入滾筒后， 靠滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心力及跳汰作用來(lái)篩分物料。通過(guò)不同網(wǎng)目的篩網(wǎng)逐一篩出。不同規(guī)格的石料篩出后經(jīng)漏斗落入皮帶機(jī)送至成品料場(chǎng)。一方面隨著滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而被篩選，靠滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心力及跳汰作用來(lái)篩分物料。一方面粒度大的石料沿著滾筒的斜度向前流動(dòng)，通過(guò)不同網(wǎng)目的的篩網(wǎng)逐漸被篩出。不大的石料篩出后落入各自的漏斗，然后由人工運(yùn)出或自流送往成品堆。
    Drum screen is made up of hexagonal roller, frame, funnel, reducer, motor into five parts.After entering the drum of broken stone, by roller rotation of the centrifugal force and jigging sieve materials.Through different mesh screen out one by one.Different specifications of stone material screen out after the funnel into the belt conveyor to the finished goods yard.By screening, on the one hand, as the drums rotate by roller rotation of the centrifugal force and jigging sieve materials.On the one hand, particle size of stone along the slope forward flow of roller, through different mesh  screen out gradually.Small stone screen out into their respective funnel, and then by artificial or gravity to finished pile is carried out.

GT系列滾筒篩工作原理

    T-系列滾筒篩它利用機(jī)械方法，通過(guò)數(shù)片并列的篩條構(gòu)成篩孔并形成篩面。篩筒旋轉(zhuǎn)利用物料的自重進(jìn)行篩分，篩筒內(nèi)的3根聯(lián)接軸高于篩面，它能將大塊物料撥騰起來(lái)，從而加大了篩分效率，并借助篩面斜度使物料向前運(yùn)動(dòng)，最終落入破碎機(jī)中。小于篩孔尺寸的物料從篩孔落下，即獲得了篩分目的。

Working principles
   T - series drum screen itself using the mechanical method, through counting of bar constitute mesh and screen surface is formed.Cylindrical screen rotation using the material of self-respect to sieve, sieve tube within the three connection shaft above the surface, it can  soar up large materials, thereby increasing the screening efficiency, and with the aid of sieve surface slope makes the material move forward, eventually fell into the crusher.Less than screen hole size of the material from mesh, which won the screening purpose.
