   本篩機(jī)主要由篩箱、篩框、篩網(wǎng)、振動(dòng)電機(jī)、電機(jī)臺(tái)座、減振彈簧、支架等組成。


 

　　 1、篩箱：由數(shù)種厚度不同的鋼板焊制而成，具有一定的強(qiáng)度和剛度，是篩機(jī)的主要組成部分。
　　 2、篩框：由松木或變形量較小的木材制成，主要用來保持篩網(wǎng)平整，達(dá)到正常篩分。
　　 3、篩網(wǎng)：有低碳鋼、黃銅、青銅、不銹鋼絲等數(shù)種篩網(wǎng)。
　　 4、振動(dòng)電機(jī)(使用與維修方法詳見振動(dòng)電機(jī)使用說明書)。
　　 5、電機(jī)臺(tái)座：安裝振動(dòng)電機(jī)，使用前連接螺釘必須擰緊，特別是新篩機(jī)試用前三天、必須反復(fù)緊固，以免松動(dòng)造成事故。
　　 6、減振彈簧：阻止振動(dòng)傳給地面，同時(shí)支持篩箱的全部重量，安裝時(shí)，彈簧必須垂直與地面。
　　 7、支架：由四個(gè)支柱和兩個(gè)槽鋼組成，支持著篩箱，安裝時(shí)支柱必須垂直與地面，兩支柱下面的槽鋼應(yīng)相互平行。
Stucture and specification of the part function

       6.damper spring: To prevent vibration to the ground, at the same time support the full weight of screen box, when installation, the spring must be vertical with the ground.

脫水振動(dòng)篩產(chǎn)品使用與維修指導(dǎo)

　　 1、本機(jī)應(yīng)裝設(shè)電氣保護(hù)裝置。
　　 2、本機(jī)運(yùn)行初期，每天至少檢查地腳螺栓一次，防止松動(dòng)。
　　 3、當(dāng)電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向不符合要求時(shí)，調(diào)整電源相序即可。
　　 4、電機(jī)應(yīng)保證潤滑良好，每運(yùn)行二周左右補(bǔ)充鋰基潤滑脂（ZL-3）一次，加油時(shí)，通過油杯加入適量鋰基潤滑脂。當(dāng)采用密封軸承時(shí)，電機(jī)沒有安裝油杯。
　　 5、本機(jī)累計(jì)運(yùn)行1500小時(shí)后，應(yīng)檢查軸承，若有嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷時(shí)應(yīng)立即更換。
　　 6、本機(jī)停置較長時(shí)間后再次使用時(shí)，應(yīng)測量絕緣電阻，用于500伏兆歐表測量，應(yīng)大于0.5兆歐。

The instructions of using and maintaining.
     1. The machine should be installed wih electric protection device.
      2. The machine run early, check the foundation bolt at least once a day, to prevent loosening.
      3. When the motor rotation direction is not in conformity with the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
      4. Motor should guarantee good lubrication, run every two weeks or so and added lithium grease (ZL - 3) once, come on, by adding suitable amount of lithium grease oil cup.When using sealed bearing,motor is not installed oil cup.
       5.After the machine running 1500 hours, should check bearing,it should be replaced immediately if has sever damage.
       6.The machine is stopped again after a long time when using, should be measuring insulation resistance, is used for 500 v megohmmeter,  it should be greater than 0.5 ohms.

1、啟動(dòng)前：
　　 （1）檢查粗網(wǎng)及細(xì)網(wǎng)有無破損;
　　 （2）檢查運(yùn)輸支撐是否拆除。
  2、啟動(dòng)時(shí)：
　　 （1）注意有無異常雜音;
　　 （2）電流是否穩(wěn)定;
　　 （3）振動(dòng)有無異狀;
3、使用后：每次使用完畢即清理干凈。

　　定期的檢查粗網(wǎng)，細(xì)網(wǎng)和彈簧有無疲勞及破損，機(jī)身各部位是否因振動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生損壞，需添加潤滑油的部位必須加油潤滑。
