    該系列篩機(jī)系我公司根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外振動(dòng)機(jī)械的研發(fā)和應(yīng)用水平、引進(jìn)德國(guó)、日本等國(guó)同行業(yè)先進(jìn)技術(shù)、結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際運(yùn)行環(huán)境充分優(yōu)化而設(shè)計(jì)的新型高效振動(dòng)篩，該系列篩機(jī)除保留了原YA型軸偏心圓振動(dòng)篩的特點(diǎn)外，具有以下顯著優(yōu)勢(shì)：

    1、激振器采用塊偏心形式，不僅使激振器偏心質(zhì)量單重激振力增大，而且激振力可隨機(jī)調(diào)控，便于模塊化設(shè)計(jì)和使用；
    2、篩機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)趨于簡(jiǎn)化，有利于提高設(shè)備的制造工藝水平和裝配精度；

YK圓振動(dòng)篩結(jié)構(gòu)原理

    主要由篩箱、篩網(wǎng)、振動(dòng)器及減振彈簧等組成。振動(dòng)器安裝在篩箱側(cè)板上，并由電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)生離心慣性力，迫使篩箱振動(dòng)。  YK系列圓振動(dòng)篩為座式安裝，篩面傾角的調(diào)整可通過(guò)改變彈簧支座位置高度來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。篩板有沖孔篩板和橡膠篩板，有單層和雙層兩種，各類篩板均能滿足篩分效率高、壽命長(zhǎng)、不堵孔的要求。電動(dòng)機(jī)可靈活地選擇安裝在篩框的左側(cè)或者右側(cè)。如無(wú)特殊要求，制造廠按物料運(yùn)動(dòng)方向的右側(cè)安裝供貨.

Structures
     It is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator and damping spring, etc.Vibrator is installed on the screen box side plate, and driven by motor through coupling spin, generate centrifugal force to vibrate screen box.YK series circular vibrating screen is a type of installation, adjustment of screen surface angle can be implemented by changing the position of spring support height.Screen plate has punching  plate and rubber sieve plate, single and double two kinds, each kind of screen plate can meet the high screening efficiency, long service life, no blocking by the hole.Motor can be installed in the flexibility to choose the left side of the screen or the right.If no special requirement, manufacturer factory according to the material supply direction, the right side of the installation.
