CSB系列超聲波旋振篩的性能特點

　　 超聲波篩分系統(tǒng)能夠篩分普通篩分機不能分離的重質(zhì)、輕質(zhì)、超細(xì)、強吸附性粉末,幾乎對所有難篩分的粉末有效。附加在篩網(wǎng)上的超聲振動波（機械波），使超微細(xì)粉體接受巨大的超聲加速度，改善低密度粉在重力沉降中的平降（粉末與網(wǎng)口輕接觸）、滑移效應(yīng)，改善高密度金屬在網(wǎng)口的滯留或楔入，改善帶靜電粉體的粘附效應(yīng)，從而提高篩分效率和篩分質(zhì)量。用篩分通過率表示，一般情況下比不加超聲振動篩增加通過率50%—400% 。它的性能特點有：
　　 ⑴減少或不產(chǎn)生清網(wǎng)時間；
