篩板是篩分設(shè)備重要的核心部件，振動(dòng)篩振動(dòng)時(shí)，物料通過不同幾何形狀不同尺寸大小的篩板，在外力的作用下，將不同粒度的物料進(jìn)行分離，達(dá)到分級(jí)目的。
物料的各種特性，篩板的不同結(jié)構(gòu)，材質(zhì)及篩機(jī)的各種參數(shù)都對(duì)振動(dòng)篩的篩分能力、效率、跑粗率及壽命產(chǎn)生一定的影響，不同的物料，不同的場(chǎng)所應(yīng)選用不同的篩板，以達(dá)到篩分的最佳效果。
梳齒篩板：
梳齒篩板是我公司自行開發(fā)的應(yīng)用廣泛的主導(dǎo)篩板產(chǎn)品，該篩板具有不堵塞、篩分效率高的顯著特點(diǎn)，適用于煤炭、冶金、化工等行業(yè)燒結(jié)、熟料、焦碳以及各種生塊礦石等硬度較高、重量較大的干物料，該篩板根據(jù)選用材質(zhì)不同，可以達(dá)到不同的使用壽命。
根據(jù)材質(zhì)不同可分為：噴涂篩板、高耐磨合金篩板、新型耐磨合金鋼篩板、普通篩板、堆焊篩板。
物料的分級(jí)粒度3-25mm、25-80mm。

棒條篩板：
棒條篩板是我公司跟蹤國(guó)際先進(jìn)技術(shù)，研制開發(fā)的新型結(jié)構(gòu)篩板。
該篩板的高頻音叉條，在隨篩板振動(dòng)的同時(shí)，產(chǎn)生二次高頻諧振，使物料前進(jìn)速度加快，加速了篩面上顆粒物料的下沉和已接觸篩面的小顆粒物料向篩孔處橫移的速度，從而增加了通過篩孔的概率，該篩板的開孔最高可達(dá)80%，有一定水分的粘物，靠其高頻自振抖落，不易粘結(jié)在篩條造成堵塞，是粘性或含有纖維物的難篩物料最為理想的篩板。
適用范圍：原煤的分級(jí)、燒結(jié)、球團(tuán)、焦炭、礦石等。
物料的分級(jí)粒度：5-40mm。

冷鑄造篩板：生產(chǎn)種類有各種規(guī)格形狀的不銹鋼鑄造篩板、高強(qiáng)度耐磨鑄造篩板、普通鑄鋼篩板、高鉻鑄鋼篩板、球鐵篩板等。其篩孔形狀有長(zhǎng)方孔、方孔、菱形孔、梳齒孔、人字孔和錐形孔等。
