本機由篩箱、密封罩、振動電機、二次隔振系統(tǒng)、底架等組成。篩箱依靠兩臺相同的振動電機作反方向自同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，使整個參振部件做直線振動。煤粉從入料口落入篩箱后，迅速松散、透篩，木屑、纖維等雜物留在篩網(wǎng)上部，定期由人工清理。

煤粉振動篩（煤粉篩）產(chǎn)品安裝與調(diào)試：

1、安裝前，把現(xiàn)場基礎(chǔ)與篩子安裝圖對照檢查。
2、安裝時根據(jù)從下到上的順序安裝，先裝底板，再裝二次振簧，二次減振，一次減振簧，篩體。
3、調(diào)整各種膠簧，保證垂直，如出現(xiàn)歪斜，調(diào)整底板位置，使之垂直，最后把底板與基礎(chǔ)予理板焊接在一起。
4、兩臺電機轉(zhuǎn)向相反。

Installation and debugging
