水泥振動(dòng)篩安裝說(shuō)明
振動(dòng)電機(jī)底腳螺栓孔與底腳螺栓的配合應(yīng)緊密。底腳螺栓要牢固可靠，需用止逆螺母或彈簧墊圈等鎖緊，以防止松動(dòng)。1、激振力調(diào)整：
每臺(tái)電機(jī)兩端偏心塊同方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使活動(dòng)偏心塊所需要激振力刻度線對(duì)正軸頭線。
2、 操作使用：
兩臺(tái)電機(jī)必須同步反方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，否則調(diào)換相序。
電機(jī)累計(jì)運(yùn)行100小時(shí)內(nèi)，每隔24小時(shí)，對(duì)固件（螺栓）重新緊固一次，運(yùn)行100小時(shí)止，應(yīng)最
后增強(qiáng)緊固一遍。經(jīng)常打開(kāi)觀察口，觀察和清除篩上的殘留異物。
