ZWS型振網(wǎng)篩產(chǎn)品概述

    ZWS型振網(wǎng)篩適用于對松散的復合肥料及其它松散的細物料進行分級。 ZWS型振網(wǎng)篩是吸取美國先進技術自行設計制造的，以振動電機做為振動源，牽引篩網(wǎng)及篩框振動，實現(xiàn)物料分級。ZWS振網(wǎng)篩由給料器、篩箱篩面機體料斗和振網(wǎng)裝置組成。材料由給料器均勻給到篩面，分成篩上產(chǎn)品與篩下產(chǎn)品（單層篩）。本系列振網(wǎng)篩以振動電機為振動源，牽引篩網(wǎng)上下振動，篩機振幅可調(diào)，以適應不同物料的分級。篩網(wǎng)的振動，一方面可防止篩網(wǎng)堵塞，同時使物料拋起向前彈跳實現(xiàn)分級，因而振網(wǎng)篩的篩分效率高。

ZWS型振網(wǎng)篩工作原理:
電磁振動高頻振網(wǎng)篩采用全新原理，篩面振，篩箱基本不參振動，激振力驅(qū)動振動系統(tǒng)激振篩面，震動系統(tǒng)設計在近共振狀態(tài)工作，可用較小的驅(qū)動力達到所需的工作參數(shù)，而節(jié)省能源。此外，篩面高頻震動，振幅1-4mm，可達8-10倍重力加速度，是一般篩分設備震動強度的2-4倍，所以不堵篩孔，篩面自清洗能力強，篩分效率高，處理能力大，非常適用于細顆粒物料的篩分,4平米處理能力在200噸左右.篩分效率在60%以內(nèi)，如果濃度調(diào)整好，可以達到80%上。 用于鐵選廠提高篩分、提高產(chǎn)量的理想設備----電磁振動高頻振網(wǎng)篩。|
