    DTⅡ、TD75型皮帶輸送機(jī)由于輸送量大,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,維護(hù)方便,成本低,通用性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),而被廣泛地應(yīng)用在冶金、礦山、煤炭、港口、交通、水電、化工等部門(mén),進(jìn)行裝車、裝船、轉(zhuǎn)載或堆積各種常溫狀態(tài)的松散密度為500~2500kg/m3各種散狀物料或成件物品.由單機(jī)或多機(jī)組合成運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)來(lái)輸送物料,根據(jù)工藝要求可布置成水平或傾斜的形式,DTⅡ型皮帶輸送機(jī)除了可滿足水平或傾斜輸送要求外,還可采用帶凸弧段、凹弧段與直線段組合的輸送形式.輸送機(jī)允許輸送的物料塊度取決于帶寬、帶速、槽角和傾角,也取決于大塊物料出現(xiàn)的頻率.該輸送機(jī)適用的工作環(huán)境溫度一般為-25~+40℃.我公司還生產(chǎn)輕型皮帶輸送機(jī)和移動(dòng)式輸送機(jī)。

TD系列帶式輸送機(jī)基本結(jié)構(gòu)

1.驅(qū)動(dòng)部分:系由裝置在型鋼焊成的底座上的電動(dòng)機(jī)-->高速聯(lián)軸器-->減速器-->減速聯(lián)軸器組成。根據(jù)要求:驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置設(shè)有左裝和右裝兩種,另外本公司配有功率1.5KW-13KW,速度0.80、1.0、1.25的油冷式電動(dòng)滾筒。
2.滾動(dòng)部分:分傳動(dòng)滾筒和改向滾筒兩大類。
3.托輥部分:分槽形、平行、調(diào)心和緩沖托輥等。
4.清掃部分:分彈簧清掃器和空段清掃器。
5.卸料部分:分固定式犁式卸料器和電動(dòng)卸料器。
6.制動(dòng)部分:有帶式逆止器和滾柱逆止器兩種。
7.附件:在罩殼、導(dǎo)料槽、漏斗等。

TD系列帶式輸送機(jī)工作特點(diǎn)

    DTⅡ、TD75型皮帶式輸送機(jī)按其支架結(jié)構(gòu)有固定式的移動(dòng)式兩種：按輸送帶材料有膠帶、塑料帶和鋼芯帶之分。皮帶輸送機(jī)的工作環(huán)境溫度一般在-10oC--+40oC之間，要求物料溫度不超過(guò)70oC；耐熱橡膠帶可輸送120oC以下的高溫物料。物料溫度更高時(shí)不宜采用膠帶輸送機(jī)。當(dāng)輸送具有酸性堿性油類物質(zhì)和有機(jī)溶劑等成分的物料時(shí)，需采用耐油、耐酸堿的橡膠帶式塑料帶。帶式輸送機(jī)的帶寬可分為：500、650、800、1000、1200和1400mm。用戶可根據(jù)帶式輸送機(jī)的輸送長(zhǎng)度，物料的種類、容重、輸送量、輸送長(zhǎng)度等諸因素通過(guò)計(jì)算確定輸送機(jī)的布局以及所選用的膠帶寬度、帆布層數(shù)和膠帶厚度。

注:1、輸送能力Qv值系按水平運(yùn)輸，動(dòng)堆積角θ為20°，托輥槽角λ為30°時(shí)計(jì)算的。
2、帶速（4.5）、（5.6）m/s為非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值，一般不推薦使用。

TD系列皮帶式輸送機(jī)布置有下面幾中基本形式:
