SCG系列耐高溫水平振動輸送機(jī)工作原理
SCG系列長距離振動輸送機(jī)采用兩臺振動電機(jī)作為激振動源，運用自同步原理，兩臺振動電機(jī)反向轉(zhuǎn)動，使輸送機(jī)底部平衡架產(chǎn)生往復(fù)振動，經(jīng)過主振簧與導(dǎo)向板簧的作用，帶動上部輸送槽振動，從而達(dá)到輸送物料的目的。SCG型長距離振動輸送機(jī)有敞開式、封閉式兩種，料槽橫截面可以做成圓形、矩形和梯形等多種型式。料槽的進(jìn)料和出料也可根據(jù)需要制成一點進(jìn)料、一點出料，一點進(jìn)料、多點出料，多點進(jìn)料、一點出料等多種型式。輸送距離較長時可用多臺輸送機(jī)連接起來輸送。SCG型長距離振動輸送機(jī)料槽使用橡膠彈簧或鋼簧支承，依靠固定在料槽上的兩臺振動電機(jī)的自同步運轉(zhuǎn)，使料槽產(chǎn)生直線振動。
