氣流篩粉機(jī)與氣固分離除塵裝置組成閉路篩分系統(tǒng)。主機(jī)是氣流篩粉機(jī)，篩體的密閉外殼內(nèi)裝有立式圓周筒形篩網(wǎng)；篩網(wǎng)內(nèi)側(cè)有圓周形風(fēng)輪，由裝于底座上的電動機(jī)驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn)；篩體外殼的正上方裝有進(jìn)料斗及粗篩，下部設(shè)有排渣口；電動機(jī)與主軸為皮帶連接；風(fēng)輪料斗下口形成進(jìn)料間隙。氣固分離除塵裝置由引風(fēng)機(jī)，沉降室和除塵布袋組成，氣流篩與分離除塵裝置之間由塑料波紋軟管連接。

QS系列氣流篩分機(jī)(氣流篩)保養(yǎng)與維護(hù)
工作人員要嚴(yán)格按照氣流篩分機(jī)產(chǎn)品使用說明書的要求，正確使用設(shè)備。做好設(shè)備的清潔、潤滑、緊固和防蝕等日常維護(hù)工作，使設(shè)備經(jīng)常保持內(nèi)外清潔、性能良好、安全可靠的狀態(tài)。電器控制箱要保持清潔，嚴(yán)防粉塵落入控制箱，造成電氣元件失靈或短路。要定期檢查接地線是否良好，設(shè)備到電源開關(guān)的電纜線連接是否良好，如有老化應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。氣流篩主機(jī)、電機(jī)和風(fēng)機(jī)每年要檢修一次，加入適量潤滑油，清除電機(jī)內(nèi)粉塵。配有激振器的篩機(jī)激振器每年必須維修一至二次，每次維修要加潤滑油，連接螺栓要緊固。
氣流篩的篩網(wǎng)更換時(shí)要保證均勻張緊，固定兩端鋼絲繩時(shí)，需邊緊固邊調(diào)整篩網(wǎng)。

1、當(dāng)處理量達(dá)不到要求時(shí)，應(yīng)用檢驗(yàn)篩檢測物料是否符合篩分要求。
2、當(dāng)處理量突然增大時(shí)應(yīng)取成品檢測分析，若成品不合格，應(yīng)檢查篩網(wǎng)是否完好。
3、工作時(shí)突然不出料。
（1）應(yīng)檢查風(fēng)機(jī)是否正常，若風(fēng)機(jī)流量減少，應(yīng)檢修風(fēng)機(jī)。
（2）檢查排料絞龍是否不能轉(zhuǎn)動、不能排料。
The Frequent Qustions and troubleshooting methods

1、本機(jī)不宜篩分具有粘度，含水量大于5%的物料及易燃、易爆物料。
2、同等型號的氣流篩分機(jī)，篩分物料目數(shù)越大相應(yīng)產(chǎn)量降低。
3、該機(jī)每次只能篩出一種目數(shù)的物料，如需同時(shí)得到幾種目數(shù)物料則需多機(jī)搭連。
4、訂貨時(shí)需說明以下事項(xiàng)：
a、需篩分物料的名稱及堆積比重。
b、物料粒度及含水量。
c、篩網(wǎng)目數(shù)。
d、篩機(jī)處理產(chǎn)量。
