ZSL系列大型冷礦振動(dòng)篩是由兩臺(tái)Y系列普通電機(jī)經(jīng)萬向聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)兩組振動(dòng)器做反向自同步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，使篩箱產(chǎn)生較大振幅的往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，電機(jī)不參振，這種振動(dòng)篩具有生產(chǎn)能力大，性能穩(wěn)定可靠，振幅調(diào)節(jié)方便，篩分效率高，傳給基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)負(fù)荷小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是常溫物材篩分分級(jí)作業(yè)理想的大型篩分設(shè)備，已廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、礦山、煤炭、建材、電力等行業(yè)。

該系列振動(dòng)篩由篩箱、振動(dòng)器、支承彈簧、隔振架、二次隔振彈簧、電動(dòng)機(jī)及其支架等組成。
篩框部件由篩框、篩面及緊固裝置組成。篩框側(cè)板用整塊優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板制造、側(cè)板、加強(qiáng)筋板和橫梁、振動(dòng)器底架間的連接采用高強(qiáng)度螺栓與自鎖式螺母或環(huán)槽鉚釘連接、牢固可靠。
振動(dòng)器一般安裝在篩框上部的兩邊側(cè)板上、制成上振式結(jié)構(gòu)，振動(dòng)器也可布置在篩框的用 萬向聯(lián)軸器連接，振動(dòng)器采用迷宮環(huán)密封，干油潤(rùn)滑。ZSLF系列的振動(dòng)器為法蘭式（又稱鑲嵌式）。
電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝在固定支架上，用萬向聯(lián)軸器振動(dòng)器相連接，電動(dòng)機(jī)不參振。
ZSL系列大型冷礦篩均裝有隔振架和二次隔振彈簧。
ZSL系列篩為單層篩面，本公司同時(shí)也生產(chǎn)多種型號(hào)的雙層大型冷礦篩。
Features

Motor installed on the fixed bracket, connected with universal coupling vibrator, motor is concluded.
ZSL series of large cold griddle with vibration isolation frame and the secondary vibration isolation spring.
