臥式氣流篩產(chǎn)品概述

    WQS氣旋篩由于形狀為橫臥狀所以也叫臥式氣流篩或臥式氣流篩粉機(jī),網(wǎng)為圓筒狀，置于機(jī)體內(nèi)，物料通過螺旋輸送系統(tǒng)后，和氣流混合、霧化進(jìn)入網(wǎng)筒內(nèi)；通過網(wǎng)筒內(nèi)風(fēng)輪葉片使物料同時受離心力和旋風(fēng)推進(jìn)力，從而近使物料噴射過網(wǎng)，由細(xì)料排出口排出，不能過網(wǎng)的物料沿網(wǎng)筒壁從粗料排出口排出。

Product Overview
   WQS cyclone screen shape is lying so is also called horizontal airflow screen or horizontal airflow sieving machine, network cylinder, placed inside the body, after the material through the screw conveying system, and mixed with air, atomization cylinder is into the net;Through network within the cylinder rotor blade makes the material at the same time by the centrifugal force and whirlwind propulsion, which nearly made the sprayed material, make the fine material discharge from outlet, the material that can not pass the net are compared in from coarse material outlet.

臥式氣流篩安裝操作調(diào)試

    1.設(shè)備長途運輸后要將所有緊固螺栓檢查一遍并緊固，當(dāng)篩機(jī)吊裝搬移固定位置后，應(yīng)注意篩機(jī)整體處于水平位置。否則，會影響篩機(jī)的正常運轉(zhuǎn)。
    2.對設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)無特殊要求，一般放置水泥地面直接使用即可。
    3.凈化壓縮空氣與空氣過濾器接頭聯(lián)接用耐壓(P=0.1MPa)膠管相連。
    4.與其它設(shè)備配套的聯(lián)接方式采用螺紋膠管、粗布、合成纖維管進(jìn)行軟聯(lián)接，也可與管道直接相聯(lián)。
    5.開動篩機(jī)前應(yīng)檢查端蓋、觀察孔、各聯(lián)接部位有無松動，各聯(lián)接口是否密封良好。
    6.注意觀察篩選機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子(流化條)和帶動篩網(wǎng)架轉(zhuǎn)動(指FSQWZ型)的減速機(jī)是否按機(jī)身箭頭所標(biāo)示的規(guī)定方向轉(zhuǎn)動，確保無誤才能運行。

Installtion and testing
 1. The equipment after long-distance transportation should be checked and tighten all the bolt, after the screening machine hoisting move a fixed position, screen machine as a whole should be paid attention  in a horizontal position.Otherwise, will affect on the normal operation.
2. No special requirements for equipment foundation, generally placed the cement floor is ok.
3. The purified compressed air and air filter joint connection with pressure hose connected (P = 0.1 MPa).
4. Using corrugated hose connection with other equipment, coarse linen, synthetic fiber, soft connection, also can be directly connected with pipes.
5. Start the screen before should check the end cover, observation hole, the connecting parts for loose, the connection is properly sealed.

6. Observe the sieving machine rotor (fluidization) and drive the screen rotation (FSQWZ type) of reducer is stipulated in the fuselage marked by the arrow direction, be sure to run.
