糧食定量包裝機結構組成

    主要由物料進口、給料機構（閘門）、稱量斗、夾袋機構、機架、吸風口、氣動系統(tǒng)、傳感器、控制箱、輸送和縫包機構等組成。

糧食定量包裝機工作原理

    物料由給料機構（氣動閘門）加入稱量斗，控制器收到傳感器的重量信號后，按預先設定的程序值進行控制，開始時進行快速（快加、中加、慢加同時）給料；當重量≥（目標值－粗計量值）時，停止快加信號輸出，進入中速（中加、慢加同時）給料；當重量≥（目標值－精計量值）時，停止中加信號輸出，進入慢速（慢加）給料；當重量≥（目標值－過沖量值）時，停止慢加信號輸出，給料門完全關閉，定值稱量完成。夾袋信號輸入后，稱量斗卸料門自動開啟，當重量≤零位設定值時，稱量斗卸料門自動關閉，物料袋自動松開落入輸送帶上，被送到縫包機縫包之后進入下一工序，同時控制器進入下一控制循環(huán)。
