糧食定量包裝機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)組成

    主要由物料進(jìn)口、給料機(jī)構(gòu)（閘門）、稱量斗、夾袋機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)架、吸風(fēng)口、氣動系統(tǒng)、傳感器、控制箱、輸送和縫包機(jī)構(gòu)等組成。

糧食定量包裝機(jī)工作原理

    物料由給料機(jī)構(gòu)（氣動閘門）加入稱量斗，控制器收到傳感器的重量信號后，按預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序值進(jìn)行控制，開始時進(jìn)行快速（快加、中加、慢加同時）給料；當(dāng)重量≥（目標(biāo)值－粗計量值）時，停止快加信號輸出，進(jìn)入中速（中加、慢加同時）給料；當(dāng)重量≥（目標(biāo)值－精計量值）時，停止中加信號輸出，進(jìn)入慢速（慢加）給料；當(dāng)重量≥（目標(biāo)值－過沖量值）時，停止慢加信號輸出，給料門完全關(guān)閉，定值稱量完成。夾袋信號輸入后，稱量斗卸料門自動開啟，當(dāng)重量≤零位設(shè)定值時，稱量斗卸料門自動關(guān)閉，物料袋自動松開落入輸送帶上，被送到縫包機(jī)縫包之后進(jìn)入下一工序，同時控制器進(jìn)入下一控制循環(huán)。

Working principles
