ZSW系列振動(dòng)給料機(jī)工作原理

Working principles
    ZSW型振動(dòng)給料機(jī)主要由振動(dòng)機(jī)架、彈簧、振動(dòng)器、電機(jī)振動(dòng)架及電機(jī)等組成。激振器是由二個(gè)特定位置的偏心軸以齒輪相嚙合組成，裝配時(shí)必須使兩齒輪按標(biāo)記相嚙合，通過電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，使兩偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，從而產(chǎn)生巨大合成的直線激振力，使機(jī)體在支承彈簧上作強(qiáng)制振動(dòng)，物料則以此振動(dòng)為動(dòng)力，在料槽上作滑動(dòng)及拋擲運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而使物料前移而達(dá)到給料目的。當(dāng)物料通過槽體上的篩條時(shí)，較小的料可通過篩條間隙而落下，可不經(jīng)過下道的破碎工序，起了預(yù)篩分的效果。
