    鋼絲繩芯膠帶斗式提升機(jī)牽引構(gòu)件采用高強(qiáng)度鋼絲繩芯橡膠帶，比膠帶式斗式提升機(jī)使用橡膠帶更結(jié)實耐用。鋼絲繩芯膠帶斗式提升機(jī)克服了鏈條與鏈輪嚙合時驅(qū)動產(chǎn)生的動載荷，比鏈條提升更輕便，能以較快的運行速度而達(dá)到較高的生產(chǎn)率。采用掏取式裝料，離心式卸料。在同樣的生產(chǎn)條件下，膠帶因其工作速度高和自重較輕，可使物料線載荷和牽引構(gòu)件的線載荷較小從而減少整機(jī)的尺寸、自重。同時，由于膠帶具有良好彈性，柔韌性，在料斗進(jìn)行裝載時有減振作用。因采用了高強(qiáng)度鋼絲繩芯膠帶，可使提升機(jī)的提升高度及輸送量大為提高，適用于干散粉狀物料的垂直提升，被廣泛應(yīng)于建材、冶金、化工、糧食、電力等行業(yè)散狀物料的提升。

4.傳動裝置中采用垂直軸減速器和液力偶合器。
5.傳動裝置中設(shè)置了用于設(shè)備檢修的慢動裝置。
6.下部張緊裝置采用平衡絲桿式結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
7.下部設(shè)有料位計和速度傳感器，對提升機(jī)的運轉(zhuǎn)情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。
