工作原理

    先將機器放置水平位置，接通電源，啟動工作開關(guān)，確保電機順時針運轉(zhuǎn)后，以示該機進(jìn)入正確工作狀態(tài)。然后把被篩選的物料倒入進(jìn)料斗，根據(jù)物料顆粒大小正確調(diào)整料斗底部的塞板使物料均勻進(jìn)入上層篩網(wǎng)中；同時也使篩子上部的圓筒風(fēng)機向篩網(wǎng)出料端正確送風(fēng)；可以谷物中的輕雜廢料清理出來。
    篩分機的下部有四個軸承分別固定在機架上的槽鋼內(nèi)做直線往復(fù)運動；其中篩子的上層粗篩是清理物料中的大顆粒雜質(zhì)，而下層細(xì)篩是清理物料中小顆粒雜質(zhì)。
    篩分機的一側(cè)通過活動連桿與電動機帶動的曲軸或偏心輪協(xié)調(diào)工作從而完成了篩分除雜的全過程。
